Anyone burdened and weighed down?
Listen to these beautiful words of Jesus:
"Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light."
A yoke is a heavy wooden harness that fits over the shoulders of an ox or oxen. It is attached to a piece of equipment the oxen are to pull. A person may be carrying heavy burdens of Sin, oppression and persecution, or weariness in the search for God.
I Have heard that Scripture since I was A Child, But never did it sound so beautiful as Right now. God surely knows Just what we Need, and when we Need it. I thank you with all my Heart for reminding me of those beautiful Words Of JESUS, At This Time! God Bless You and Show You Favor. (smile) + + +
