Do you think the strike zone should be expanded or shrunk or the mound raised or lowered?

If you had the power to change the rules for the strike zone and the mound, how would you change it? I still dont understand how a pitch over the plate at the chest/shoulders and head level should not be called a strike. Its much easier to get a hit there than at and below the knees. How could the upper end of the strike zone only stop at the belt? If it was up to me I would expand the strike zone everywhere and raise the mound to where it was in the 60s making even harder to get a hit.

So you're saying you want more pitching duels? I'm not opposed to that but I think the casual baseball fans prefer lots of runs so in an attempt to have a more fan friendly game you kind of see many advantages for the offense now a days like these small parks with no foul ground. I think the actual strikezone is from the bottom of the letters to the knees, kind of like the bottom of the chest to the knees is how they are suppose to be calling it but you know these umps seem to have their own thing going on all the time. A chest/shoulder high fastball of considerable heat is almost impossible to hit. I kind of like the game the way it is but they should have full instant replay and they should try to make it go faster.
